When you browse our storefront, register an account, or place an order, we collect only the information necessary to provide prompt local delivery and customer support:

  • Contact & Account Data: Your name, mobile phone number (used for OTP sign-in and delivery notifications), and optional email address.
  • Delivery Address & Geolocation: Doorstep address, flat/house number, street landmarks, pin code, and GPS coordinates (with your permission) to allow our local delivery riders to navigate accurately without delay.
  • Order & Purchase History: Items ordered, quantities, order totals, date and time stamps, and delivery status history.
  • Payment Metadata: Transaction reference IDs, chosen payment method (e.g. UPI, Cash on Delivery, Net Banking, or Store Khata). We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs. All electronic payment data is processed securely by RBI-licensed payment aggregators (Cashfree / Razorpay).
  • Device & Usage Information: Browser type, IP address, device operating system, and log data for security, rate-limiting, and error diagnosis.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for legitimate business purposes:

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Packing your basket accurately and dispatching riders to your exact doorstep coordinates within our express delivery ETA.

Order Notifications

Sending automated order confirmation, out-for-delivery alerts with live tracking links, and delivery OTP via WhatsApp and SMS.

Customer Support & Returns

Assisting you with order modifications, cancellations, item replacements, or swift refunds if an item is out of stock.

Security & Fraud Prevention

Preventing fake orders, verifying OTPs, managing khata store credit balances, and protecting user accounts against unauthorized access.

3. Sharing & Disclosures

We strictly limit who has access to your personal data. We only share information with:

  • Verified Store Delivery Riders: Assigned riders receive only the necessary details to deliver your order (customer name, delivery address/coordinates, phone number for delivery guidance, and the verification OTP).
  • Authorized Payment Gateways: RBI-compliant payment service providers (Razorpay and Cashfree) to securely authorize transactions.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by Indian law, court order, or governmental regulations to prevent fraud or illegal activities.

✓ We never sell or share your phone number or data with third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

  • HTTPS / 256-bit TLS encryption across all network transmissions.
  • Password hashing using modern salted bcrypt encryption.
  • Strict administrative role-based access control with session revocation.
  • We retain customer transaction records for the period required under Indian taxation (GST) and accounting standards.

5. Your Rights as a Consumer

You have full control over your personal information. At any time, you can:

  • Access and update your profile details and saved delivery addresses through the Profile section.
  • Request deletion of your saved addresses or account data by reaching out to our support team.
  • Opt out of non-essential promotional messages by sending an SMS/WhatsApp request.
