You must be at least 18 years of age or operating under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. When creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated contact and delivery address information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTPs sent to your mobile device.
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security compromise of your account.

All listed products, produce, and packaged goods are subject to daily availability.

• Inclusive Pricing: All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Fresh Produce Weight Tolerance: Fresh vegetables and fruits are weighed naturally. A slight variance of ±5% is standard in agriculture produce.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event an item is mispriced due to technical error, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatch or cancel the item and issue an immediate refund.

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is formally accepted once our store packers confirm the order and dispatch it with a delivery rider.

We support multiple secure payment methods for your convenience:

• UPI & QR Code: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any banking UPI app.
• Cards & Net Banking: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and major Indian banks via Cashfree / Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to our delivery partner upon receiving your package.
• Store Khata: Available for pre-approved regular neighborhood customers with agreed settlement cycles.

Delivery times (e.g. 15-45 mins) are estimates based on distance, traffic, and order volume during operating hours (08:00 AM – 09:00 PM).

To ensure your order is securely delivered to the right person, a 4-digit Delivery OTP is sent to your registered phone number. You must verify and share this OTP with the rider at the doorstep upon handover.

Mahadev Kirana Store acts as a retailer of authentic, branded packaged goods and fresh produce. While we inspect every batch for quality:

• Manufacturer warranties and packaged goods representations are provided directly by original brand manufacturers.
• We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by Force Majeure events, including severe weather, unserviceable road blockages, natural disasters, or regional internet outages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is strictly limited to the total value paid for that specific order.
