Orders placed during store operating hours (08:00 AM to 09:00 PM, all 7 days) are packed immediately and dispatched with our own dedicated fleet of verified delivery riders.
1. Delivery Coverage & Serviceable Areas
We proudly serve households, farmhouses, and businesses in and around our local hub in Rajasthan:
Primary Store Hub: SH108, Kokawas, Sodawas, Mandawar Tehsil, Khairthal-Tijara, Rajasthan 301403
Covered Localities: Sodawas, Kokawas, Mandawar, Behror town limits, and neighboring rural hamlets within our configured delivery radius.
Check Serviceability: You can select your live pin location directly from the top bar of our app or website to confirm if your exact location is within our active delivery zone.
2. Delivery Charges & Thresholds
We keep our delivery pricing transparent and affordable for all households:

On all orders of ₹499 or more
Stock up on weekly essentials and pay zero delivery fees.
₹29 Delivery Fee
On orders below ₹499 (Min order value: ₹99)
Nominal convenience fee to fairly compensate our local delivery partners.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Our delivery ETA is calculated dynamically based on your distance from the store:
- Near Zone (0 – 3 km): Delivered in approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
- Mid Zone (3 – 6 km): Delivered in approximately 25 to 40 minutes.
- Extended Rural Zone (6 – 10 km): Delivered in approximately 40 to 60 minutes.
- Orders placed outside operating hours (e.g., late night) will be scheduled for delivery the next morning starting at 08:00 AM.
4. Secure OTP Handover & Contactless Option
We take extra precautions so your groceries reach the intended recipient:
- Delivery OTP: Once your rider is out for delivery, a unique 4-digit OTP appears on your My Orders live tracking page and is sent via WhatsApp/SMS. Simply read the OTP to the rider upon delivery.
- Contactless Delivery: If you prefer the package left at your doorstep or gate, you can request it by communicating with the rider over phone or WhatsApp. The rider will photograph the delivered package with your permission.
5. Weather & Transit Disruption Alerts
During heavy monsoon showers, severe dust storms, or local rural road blockages, delivery safety for our riders comes first. In such conditions, we will notify you immediately via phone or WhatsApp about revised delivery estimates.
